OrganizationALL Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services and is not a licensed CPA firm. Our services do not constitute tax advice, audit services, or legal advice. You should consult with appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.
Wander Publishing and its imprints provide publishing services under separate agreements. The terms of any publishing contract shall govern the specific relationship between authors and our publishing ventures.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by OrganizationALL. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OrganizationALL LLC and its partners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing a claim against OrganizationALL, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, you or we may bring a formal proceeding.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of OrganizationALL LLC.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OrganizationALL LLC regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
